To begin this year, we had the opportunity to work with an Eco-organisation, based in Madagascar : CETAMADA. The purpose of this association was to create on a short 3D animation. This video is a part of a program of awareness of marine mammals, the funny part is the way this educational media will be presented. An educator will hit the road on his motorcycle all along the coast, he’ll stop in each school to teach how to live with marine mammals (most of coast local business is related to humpback whales, like crafting, tourism, seaside resort…)

For this first work, Yannick has performed a sound & video editing, and I’ve worked on blender to bring life in 3D models like whales, dolphins and the little girl who comments. I left 3D for a while, so when I began to work on this project, I was looking for a different 3D application, as a matter of fact, I used to work on 3DSmax for a decade, but the modeling tools are not so intuitive as I expected… Blender was my first choice, and glad to experiment more stuff…
